The Santa Clarita Real Estate market has undergone some changes as of late, as has the rest of the real estate market in the surrounding cities. We have been on the hunt for many a home for our Buyers and have found that inventory is greatly lacking.
With all of the news reports saying that every city is knee deep in foreclosures, we have found that those reports have been misleading. IN fact, our "Absorption rate" has shrunk over the past several months from 8 months of inventory to 1.5 months of inventory for the cities that compose the Santa Clarita Valley.
Here are some new Charts and Graphs that will assist me in making my point with regard to the current real estate inventory.
