We also want clients for life. We discovered that the reason that our agent did not want to show us those "new" homes is that they did not cooperate with agents in giving them a commission when bringing the buyer. The way we operate is developing our clients for life. The reason this matters is that we do not hide or not include properties from you seeing them based on whether we get more of a commission, or any commission at all. We want you to use us to sell it when you are ready to move. So our eye is on the end, not the present. We want your children to use us to buy their first, second, and third homes... Secondly, there were things that we should have disclosed to us about the contracts we were signing. The agent did not know the contracts line by line. Nor was the agent able to answer all of our questions regarding different parts of the contract. The arrogance that was displayed when I started to read the contract, the contract that would bear my signature, and the agent told me that everything was fine and just to sign, was. We explain the contracts line by line, we do not rush any part of the transaction. We understand that you have the right to have the time to make your own decisions and not to be rushed. By these two examples of how we were treated made us come up with a concept that was not being producted in the Real Estate Industry. Never to rush anyone when it comes to any decisions being made with regard to Real Estate. Always watch out during each part of the transaction. Watch the fees being charged by all those involved, escrow, title, lender, home inspection, termite inspection, and all the others. Sitting down with the client during the signing of escrow and lender paperwork. Making sure the numbers match and there are no hidden fee's involved.
