Full-Time Realtors It might not seem like much of a super power. But you would be surprised how many agents don't live, breathe and eat Real Estate on a full time basis. They are considered by some as being "part time" in the business. There is a difference between someone starting out in the Real Estate business and not being comfortable hinging all of their bets on that method of sustaining income. I get that. In The Paris911 Team's humble beginnings, Paris was the Full time end of our Business for over 8 years. She lived and breathed real estate. I was still a full active member of the LAPD and had not quit as of yet. During those years, I often heard about some of my, Brethren, at the PD, assisting our partners with their real estate needs on a "part-time" basis. With no "Paris" in their arsenal, the complaints were quite extensive and they were all of the Buzz at Roll Calls and during our Briefings. That is no way in which to build a successful - branded - real estate business. On the other hand, Paris being in the lime light and being able to be the Full Time End of our Real Estate business benefited our clients in a multitude of ways, especially in client satisfaction. Since 2007, we have both been full time in real estate. There is another type of agent, that might have Real estate as a full time source of life sustaining income, but without the drive to live, breathe and digest Real Estate. The Real Estate industry still considers those as Part Timers in the Real Estate business. We are not Doctors, we are not Lawyers, we are not Rocket Scientists - We are Real Estate agents. But being a Realtor does not mean that we have to be any less "educated" than the aforementioned industry professionals. When a Realtor lives, breathes, and eats Real Estate - they are constantly working on new ways to add value to their clients experiences and building the most current in real estate knowledge.
