REMAX was not a hard choice in the Beginning of our Real Estate Careers. However, we could not start at REMAX. That much was made clear by the Brokers and Office Managers. We had to earn our "real estate wings". About 6 months later, after working at a couple of different companies, closing deals and learning the "hard way" about real estate, the non-existence of "code" and some other valuable lessons - REMAX was ready for Paris and I. Paris was the full time end - I was still completing my LAPD Career. However, I was a "part-timer" in Real Estate and did as much as I could. Looking back, there were some that worked with me at the PD that did not have a full time end to their real estate representation business. I often wondered how they were able to provide the best in client representation to their clients when they were in court along side of me, when they were called to Unusual Occurrences as was I, and having to report to Maximum Deployment Days, as I did.
