The Paris911 Team's Real Estate Super Power Number 3:
All we do is Sell Houses! It might not seem like that much of a Super Power. However, it is when you have some that are entirely focused on all of the other ways they can earn a living with their company - Besides Selling Houses! Some other Real Estate Companies have gone as far as having their agents sign a "non compete" clause having to do with certain areas or tracts of homes. Where is the competitive spirit in that requirement? Another edge of our local REMAX of Santa Clarita Brokerage. Our Brokers/Owners are not competitor's in our Real Estate Business. They do not sell homes or represent buyers or sellers. They are solely Brokers/Owners of REMAX of Valencia CA. That is it. Paris and I both came from local brokerages that had Brokers/Owners that were active in client representation. It is interesting to see that some of the "rules" of operation were very narrow. With REMAX we don't see that. In fact, we are able to advertise our Sellers listings in venues that are not allowed by some real estate companies. You can see how "out of the box" REMAX is with their RE/MAX Brand Channel and with their "prime-time" advertising.
