Your Bank or Banks take care of our fee's - closing costs - the Buyer Agent's fee - Etc.  That is part of the negotiation that we conduct on your behalf.  Some banks pay okay, some pay less than that.  But when your short sale has concluded - it will feel like a weight taken off of your back that was restricting your breathing.

We are Head Quartered in the Santa Clarita Valley - The next city north of Los Angeles California.  We handle short sale negotiation in the SCV - We also go to other areas of Southern California - but, if you want us to handle your Short Sale - You will have to make at least one trip to our offices.  Besides, isn't it important to see who is doing this typing, look them in the eyes, feel their handshake and size them and their team up.  A Short Sale should not ever be taken lightly!!!
